The Assistant Director supports the Director in the daily operations of the center, helping to create and maintain a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. This role assists with staff supervision and scheduling, family communication, enrollment, and ensuring compliance with MSDE licensing standards.
Minimum Requirements
The Lead Teacher demonstrates leadership abilities by creating and maintaining a positive learning environment for all students, crafting a classroom conducive to learning through a variety of appropriate teaching strategies. Work includes delivering academic instruction, administering assessments, conducting parent-teacher conferences, supervising teacher assistants and substitutes, and assisting students with potty training.
Minimum Requirements
Teacher Assistants demonstrate the ability to assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment for all students, helping craft a classroom conducive to learning. Work includes preparing materials for academic instruction, assisting children during instruction and with other basic needs, communicating with parents, and cleaning and sanitizing the classroom and materials.

The Kitchen Coordinator prepares and serves nutritious, CACFP-compliant meals and snacks for our students each day. This role maintains a clean and organized kitchen, follows food safety standards, manages food inventory and ordering, and accommodates food allergies and dietary needs in accordance with center policy.

The Program Support Specialist works alongside the Director and Assistant Director to keep daily front-office operations running smoothly. This role supports enrollment and tuition administration, greets and communicates with families, maintains student records, helps schedule tours, and provides light classroom support as needed.
